THE STORY:
Visualize a fleet heading towards an uninhabited beach protected by fancy embellished cliffs and a deep sea. A year later, the same beach is now home to a beautiful community of "creatives" who built a Native-American fort out of wood. This new home of theirs is named: "The Settlement," a place where they live peacefully, throw events, and maintain a social structure.

OUR CAUSE:
The Settlement©  is an American-international clique and management company of artists, performers and models in the underground scene, committed to the creation of unique worldwide experiences in stunning locations. Born in early 2024 on the shores of  Southern Europe, it has quickly found its roots in tribal-influenced sounds belonging to the RnB, Soul-Jazz and House music scenes. Its community is made up of emerging artists from international and niche creative environments.

The Settlement© has always been deeply rooted in moral values and noble causes. Its robust identity shields all members and artists from potentially harmful environments and situations that could significantly tarnish one's character and ethical compass. Unlike an event agency, The Settlement©'s experiences and performances are intricately linked to its distinctive sound, centered around RnB, Soul, and House music. All artists are youthful yet independent entrepreneurs, receiving support both creatively and professionally as they navigate their business endeavors and build confidence. Ultimately, it revolves around fostering a strong sense of community.

 OUR RHYTHM:
In the seamless blend of our music, from Soul's heartfelt cry to the thumping pulse of House, the smooth embrace of RnB, and the eclectic rhythms of Nu Jazz, we traverse a spectrum of emotions, a journey through soundscapes that echo the depths of human experience. Each genre, a distinct hue in the vibrant canvas of our sonic world, painting stories of love, longing, and liberation. Together, they form a harmonious symphony, resonating with the beat of our collective hearts.

 TEPEES:
Tepees is The Settlement's official management branch. It represents emerging artists and models worldwide, bringing their talent to inspiring venues. The way The Settlement operates is quite unique: from charging booking & travel fees on top of the artist's salary to surfing the outskirts of the music industry quite prudently and selectively, everything is closely linked to the community's identity and spirit.
